What is our return policy on merchandise? 

All merchandise sales are final. At Haleakalā Conservancy our items are specialty made to order through a third party partner, Printful. We do not offer returns. We do, however, offer returns/refunds under special circumstances including items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
